Cancellation Policy
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This includes No-Shows and last-minute rescheduling.
Clients have a 10 minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes the appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will be followed.
